Flowers

• During winter and early spring, it produces a profusion of nodding, cup-shaped flowers. 
• Depending on the variety, the flowers can be white, green, pink or purple.

Usage

• One of the best small plants for mass planting under deciduous trees. 
• Also great for general shaded garden planting and containers or pots in shaded areas. 
• The flowers can be used in floral displays.
  

Comments

• Thrives in moist, well-drained soil in a partly shaded to shaded position. 
• Tolerates periods of dryness once established.
